Galaxy S23 Ultra display
120Hz
The Galaxy S23 Ultra ships a 6.8-inch panel at 1440×3088 — 501 pixels per inch, refreshing at up to 120Hz. Like most modern phones, it renders the interface at a scaled-down logical resolution, so websites see a much smaller viewport than the panel's native pixel count — that's the device pixel ratio at work.
The last Ultra with curved display edges, and the odd one out among Galaxy flagships: its QHD+ panel is 1440×3088, not 3120. The 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X peaks at 1,750 nits and houses the S Pen.
